There are two primary systems used for step and repeat backdrops, each with its own advantages.

Hop-Up Expandable Frames
These systems expand and collapse quickly, making them very easy to set up and transport. The graphic attaches directly to the frame and stays in place when collapsed, which is ideal for frequent use or fast-paced event setups.

Formulate Essential (Stretch Fabric Systems)
These use a lightweight frame with a pillowcase-style fabric graphic that slides over and zips closed. The result is a smooth, seamless finish with a softer, more refined look.

Both systems use dye-sublimated fabric graphics that produce rich colour and reduce glare in photos. Graphics can also be easily swapped out, allowing you to reuse the hardware for different events or branding.

Standard sizes are typically around 8' x 8' or 10' x 8', depending on the space and visibility required.
