Some ideas are hard to evaluate on a screen.

Product prototypes give you something real to look at, hold, and test before moving into full production. Whether it’s a display concept, packaging idea, or a custom-built piece, prototyping helps you make better decisions earlier.

They’re commonly used for:

• Packaging concepts and structural testing
• Retail and display development
• Client presentations and approvals
• Event builds and mockups
• One-off custom pieces

Instead of guessing how something will look or function, a prototype lets you see it, handle it, and refine it.

We work with businesses across Mississauga, Toronto, and the GTA to bring ideas into physical form — quickly and practically.

Nationwide Installers

Nationwide Installers

We have a dedicated installation team providing national coverage when required.

Prototypes are built by combining the right processes for the job. This can include direct-to-substrate printing, CNC cutting, and fabrication, along with 3D printing when a project calls for more complex or dimensional components.

The focus is always on creating something accurate enough to evaluate without overbuilding it.

Depending on the project, we can produce:

• CNC-cut components for structure and fit
• Printed surfaces for realistic branding and visuals
• Foldable or assembled mockups for packaging and displays
• 3D printed elements through trusted partners

We typically work from production-ready files where possible. For CNC work, vector formats such as AI, EPS, or DXF are preferred, with clearly defined cut paths and layers. For 3D printing, common file types include STL or STEP.

If your files aren’t fully set up, we’ll help you get them there. We review everything before production to make sure it translates properly into a physical build.

Whether you’re refining a concept or presenting something to a client, the goal is the same — give you something real to work with so you can move forward with confidence.
